Nature’s Wrath

I had written this poem in response to a prompt with following rules: A hurricane of countless emotionsIsn’t that what is nature’s wrath?Earth’s experiencing a commotionDidn’t we lead her to this path? Stabbing the mountains, chopping the treesWe interfered with every beingFloods, earthquakes and tsunamis now seizeIsn’t it time that we quit chivvying? ©Vandana Bhasin

Bliss of nature

Let’s go where…Earth welcomes the visit of Sun,Waves embrace the pull of moon,Clouds bow to kiss the mountains,Flowers blush when dew touches them, Let’s go where…Our hearts speak to nature,Our soul drenches in the bliss of nature,Our lives breathe the aroma of love around,Let the exquisiteness of nature mesmerise us forever!
