I Welcome Life

Sometimes we feel a lot of resistance within, maybe towards a particular person or situation, or maybe towards everything in life. There are times when we feel a surge of negativity, and we flow with it, not knowing anything better. Maybe what we need to do at such times is to resist that resistance itself, to negate that negativity, and say “Yes” to everything, and welcome everything with an open mind.

I welcome the flow of energy within that brings me closer to the source of my being

I welcome the changes that challenge my rigidity and push me to extend my perceived boundaries

I welcome the desire to know myself more

I welcome the urge to pursue my dreams
