NaPoWriMo Day 24 Poem: Celestial Secrets (A Pentorama)

ALS NaPoWriMo Day 24 Prompt:

A human’s heart is an ocean of secrets. No matter how close relationships we have, we still have some secrets. How about sharing those secrets today? I know, a secret shared with one is no more a secret. So maybe you could write about  the secret of keeping a secret. Whatever it may be, we are eagerly awaiting to know about your secrets today 🙂

I have a followed a self-created pattern in the all verses of the poem above. Hope it doesn’t already exist. If it does, please apprise me.

I’m calling this form “Pentorama” as I am planning to write more of these. Please feel free to follow the pattern for your poems with due credit 🙂

First two lines are vivid description of the subject.

Poem: Celestial Secrets (A Pentorama)

The golden orb of light that never fails to shine

The crimson bedazzles in the expanse of blue skies

Fierce, gigantic, indiscernible

Yet glistening, nourishing, revitalizing

I wonder the secret of unvanquished Sun

The glitterati that embellishes the sky as bride

Quietly extenuating the murkiness of night

Distant, massive, capricious

Yet omnipresent, iridescent, ethereal

I wonder the secret of luminescent stars

Aboding millions of galaxies, planets and stars

Creating atoms, energy, frequency in astral

Incomprehensible, enigmatic, phenomenal

Yet sacrosanct, evolving, abundant

I wonder the secret of mystical Universe

Infinite emotions emerge and elapse

A connection of mind, body, soul and universe

Insatiable, irrational, impulsive

Yet affectionate, passionate, compassionate

I wonder the secret of magnanimity of heart
