Poem: Flowing with Life

The crimson ball of light sprinkled its hues in the sky

A sense of tranquillity enveloped my heart

The waves of the ocean drenched with Sun’s love

Its enormity didn’t seem to deter the colors

Astonished I stood at the sea shore

How could they handle the magnanimity of their act

The Sun, the moon, the stars, the ocean

How diligently they nourish the vast creation

The convolution of life flustered me now and then

How do these celestials adhere to their pact

Perseverance is what I need to learn from them

To trust the plan of One who governs

How magically He administers His infinite creation

He sure will care for my dreams and concerns

Just like the ocean that flows nonchalantly

I need to detach, and flow with life gracefully
